About Us

Y Bont Faen WI has a membership of approximately 60 women.  
We meet at Cowbridge Town Hall on the 3rd Thursday of each month, from 8.00pm.

During our monthly meetings we enjoy a topical and entertaining presentation from an outside speaker or organisation.  Members  can sign up for forthcoming social and community based events -  organised by the Y Bont Faen WI committee members, or the Glamorgan Federation WI.  We also enjoy a chat and cup of tea/coffee with our fellow WI members.

Those who wish to, can support and become  involved with the national WI campaigns and resolutions. Information and updates to these issues can be followed by logging onto the national 'My WI' website, which is available to all WI members.

We have a craft group, walking group and culture group which meet regularly throughout the year.

Our program aims to welcome, entertain, inform and inspire.

Visitors are very welcome and may attend two meetings as such.

The annual subscription for 2023  is £46  which includes bi-monthly copies of the magazine "WI Life".
