TicketSource Booking

What is TicketSource?

TicketSource is a UK based online booking system. Events for Glamorgan Project will be booked using TicketSource including taking payments on our behalf.

Will I pay a booking fee?

TicketSource charges a 6.5% (plus VAT) booking fee for each ticket. This will be included in the overall cost of an event rather than as an additional payment.

How do I book with TicketSource?

You will have 2 options:

Use our dedicated page on TicketSource https:// www.ticketsource.co.uk/glamorgan-federation-wi and select the event you wish to book. You will need to fill in your contact and payment details as well as any event preferences such as menu choices. At the end of the booking, you will receive an email confirming your place on the event. For most events you will not need a ticket. Do note the Booking Number.

By Telephone: Use the TicketSource Telephone Box Office Service (call 0333 666 3366). You can pay over the phone and give your contact details and preferences relating to the event. For most events you will not need a ticket. Do note the Booking Number.

Can I still buy tickets for friends and other WI members?

You will still be able to make bulk bookings for you and your friends, please ensure you have the contact details (email and phone number) and event preferences for each person.   It is just like booking theatre tickets.

Please note that participants will not be required to show a ticket at the event. No refunds will be given after the closing date, but if you are unable to attend, we may have a waiting list. In the event of a refund -this will not include the booking fee of 6.5% plus VAT.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking ?

If you decide to cancel your booking before the closing date – TicketSource will keep the booking fee portion of the cost and refund the remainder directly into your account. (eg If you paid £10 you will be refunded £9.22).

What happens If Glamorgan Federation cancels an event?

TicketSource will refund the full amount directly into your account.

What happens if an event is fully booked?

The number of places available for each event will be clear when you go onto TicketSource. If the event is fully booked you will be able to join a waiting list so Glamorgan Federation can plan whether or not Glamorgan Federation can offer another date.
